The first bonnet video stopped at 1988 where I thought his voice started to give out but boy was I wrong! Low notes are scarce though and those I have here shows that he was definitely not a baritone.1. A passage from the Forcefield song In a perfect world where graham sings many D3:s and a few Bb2:s, 1990.2. A B2 from High school angel from the great old school rock´n roll album No bad habits from 1978.3. A few A2:s from Won´t you join me from the same album.4. A G#2/A2 from an elvis cover, Don´t. Graham can sing like a crooner as well! The album is Here comes the night from 1990.5. A very whispery G2 from All night long live 1980 with Rainbow.6. And now the big surprise, an A1 from Cajun Pink from his solo CD Underground from 1996. Could be a studio trick though since he´s never been close to this low pitch at any other time as far as I know.7. Time for the upper register, a C5 from Taz Taylor song Haunted from 2006.8. A few C#5:s from Mr. Genius from the Anthem 2000 CD.9. A few D5:s and a falsetto A5 from song Killer from the solo CD The day I went mad from 2001.10. A nice E5 from Taz Taylor song Mr Happy.11. A strong F5 by graham from song What she says off Here comes the night.12. A few sung F5:s and a short G#5 from 1975 song Dreams from a movie soundtrack Three for all, this track can be found here on youtube.13. A strained but powerful F#5 from Anthem song Blinded pain followed by a few short G#5 and A5 screams.14. A strong G5 from solo song Whiplash off the Underground CD.15. A F#5 and then an A5 from Blackthorne song Hard Feelings, 1993.16. Another A5 from the same song, notice the painkiller voice bonnet adapted for this album. I don´t like the tone of it but it gets him a few notes extra on the top.17. Another A5 from the same CD but this time from song Breaking the chains.18. And a B5 from the same song!19. A stronger and more sustained B5 from solo song Model Inc off the The day I went mad CD from 2001!20. And lastly, to crown it all off, a soprano C or rather 2 of them with an A5 in between in a OOH falsetto style. The C6:s sound like full voice though. From Breaking the chains.Enjoy the power of Graham Bonnet! [ More Detail ]

Time now for the man with the steel lungs, Graham Bonnet, singer in Marbles, Rainbow, Alcatrazz, Impellitteri and MSG just to name a few. Legend has it that he often had to stand some distance away from the mike not too saturate the PA System. In this video I have some very powerful high notes by Graham, unfortunately I have no low notes worthy of inclusion. I know that he touched a F#2 in a BBC Rock school video here on youtube just for fun but I´m sure he can go much lower than that.1. A loooong B4 from "Goodnight and Goodmorning" from his solo album from 1977.2. An even longer C#5 from "Givin´up my worryin´" from his 1978 solo album, No Bad Habits.3. A slightly trilly D5 from the Rainbow song "Love´s no friend of mine".4. The first of 3 E5:s, this one has a high degree of head voice which is unusual for Bonnet who uses a strong chest tone in his high notes. Song is "Suffer me" from the first Alcatrazz album (Malmsteen´s best (and restrained) guitar playing ever on this CD!).5. This time an E5 from the Alcatrazz song "Jet to Jet".6. A superb E5 from "I´m a lover" from the solo album Line-Up.7. A nice F5 from "Will you still love me tomorrow" from the 1977 solo album.8. A raspy F#5 from the Alcatrazz song "Too young to die, too drunk to live".9. Fantastic F#5 from the 1986 version of "Only one woman". This version which can be found on the 3rd Alcatrazz album is one semitone lower than the first version Bonnet did on the Marbles album way back in the 70´s but the extra coda more than makes up for the lower key.10. G5 from the Alcatrazz song "Stripper".11. Powerful G5 from "Cold lady" from No Bad Habits.12. And a little unexpected we arrive at the highest note for Mr Bonnet, a strong G#5 from the Impellitteri song "Stand in line".13. As a coda, I offer Bonnet´s best vocal performance ever, the song Hiroshima mon amour from the 1st Alcatrazz album. Multiple F#5:s!!Enjoy the steel lungs of Graham Bonnet! [ More Detail ]

A quick tutorial on how to make a simple Regency poke bonnet with a glue gun and some inexpensive craft items. Please try to ignore that I sound like I have no personality, my many gaffs, and the many times I say "Um".
