Potential Spider-Man 4 &5 Villians
With the upcoming Spider-Man 4 set to be released in 2011, &in line is Spider-Man 5. This video shows the people who have the potential to play the role of Spider-Man's villains. The Lizard:-----------Dylan Baker, who appeared in the 2nd &3rd movie as Dr Curt Connors, The Lizard is set to appear in the 4th movie. Connors turns into a savage, scaly monster after he experiments with a lizard-based serum in an attempt to grow back his missing arm and goes horribly wrong, leaving him with incredible strength and agility, the ability to regenerate and a deadly whipping tail. Connors, who's Peter Parker's university physics teacher, is clearly being set up for a larger role, but it remains to be seen if he'll go green in 4 or 5.Venom:-----With Venom set to return, the person that must have this role is Kurt Russell, who will play as Edward Brock Jr's father, Edward Brock Sr. - an older, larger Venom who bonds with the symbiote to exact revenge on Spider-Man. Because of the huge dissapointment on the 3rd movie with Topher Grace playing the character, &wasn't a favourite of director Sam Raimi and it showed, The studio is clearly keen on the character as theyve put plans in place for a Venom movie and Spidey 4 could serve as a launch pad for the spin-off but only if they get it right. The Vulture-----------Adrian Toomes, the aged villain with the ability to fly, was considered for Spider-Man 3, with rumours linking Larry David to the role - presumably on the grounds that he's bald, over 50 and shares The Vulture's sunny disposition. Larry David, who did 'Curb Your Enthusiasm', is the potential actor to play the role. As It'll be like punching an old man's face. David is keen to play the role.Scorpion--------Max Martini, the guy who played Mack Gerhardt from 'The Unit', fits the role as Mac Gargan, &his alter-ego Scorpion. A guy who was created, sort of, by J. Jonah Jameson as a result of the Daily Bugle Editor's all-consuming desire to see Spider-Man taken down. That alone could make for an interesting movie plot, although J.K. Simmons' JJJ is even more of a comedic buffoon than the original, so it would take some serious manipulation to give such a story work any dramatic bite. Rhino-----The name of this guy is Batista. This WWE wrestler is a potential person to play the role of Alexander O'Hirn's alter-ego, The Rhino, although there are others besides him that can play the role.Electro-------Mark Wahlberg, the man with the potential to play the role of Maxwell Dillon's alter-ego, Electro. He may not be full of potential and Cameron showed the way with his scriptment, turning Maxwell Dillon into a power-hungry egomaniac with a penchant for killing henchmen and then bringing them back to life with one quick jolt. His power could be visually spectacular and would pose all manner of problems for the friendly neighbourhood wotsit.Mysterio--------The rumour mill had it that Bruce Campbell, making his third consecutive Spider-cameo, was to play a character called Quentin Beck. That never happened, of course - he was a French maitre'd in the end - but it got the fanboys all a-quiver. Because Quentin Beck is the nom de plume of the villainous Mysterio, an illusionist with an inverted fishbowl helmet motif. Another villain who would need some serious de-camping the movies - hey, they managed to make Doc Octopus menacing - Mysterio would be the villain for messing with Peter's mind. What's real? What's imagined? His illusions and manufactured images would give the surrealist in Raimi plenty of scope for demented montages and such, but this might be a character better suited for another director. David Lynch's Spider-Man 4, anyone? Can you imagine how terrifying that would be? Kraven The Hunter-----------------Despite a ridiculous costume that makes him look like Freddie Mercury, Kraven The Hunter(Ray Stevenson) is one of Spider-Mans most serious foes. A big-game hunter, enhanced by a mysterious potion, Kravens goal in life is to catch and kill Spider-Man. his best-known story is an all-time classic called Kravens Last Hunt in which spoiler! he succeeds in capturing Spider-Man, going on to take his place for a while. Kraven then lets Parker go before, believing he has nothing left to prove, committing suicide. Kravens Last Hunt could make for a potentially cracking film, with some necessary alterations. But wed suggest that introducing him in Spider-Man 4, with the tale unfolding in Spider-Man 5, in order to give this story the weight it deserves. [ More Detail ]

My Opinion on SPIDER-MAN 4
apparently Willem Dafoe is hoping for a sort of "Goblin ressurrection" for this one because as you guys know in the comics, Norman doesn't really die. So here are some other villain and/or character ideas 1) SCORPION: Mac Gargan is an excellent example of how much J. Jonah Jameson hates Spider-Man. In the comics, J.J. hires a scientist to help create the Scorpion as a way to get rid of Spider-Man. Casting choices I'd reccommend: Vin Diesel, Ralph Fiennes2) ELECTRO: Max Dillon having the power to manipulate and generate electricity, definetely one that Spider-Man would have a hard time trying to beat. I'm hoping that they go for a blend of electricity and human for him, not entirely electricity because that would be a rip off of Sandman. 3) SHOCKER: Shocker would be awesome to see. A guy using shockwaves to blast at things would be sweet, the only issue is the costume. Shocker looks very outgoing when it comes to costume, so I'm hoping they would go for the ultimate version. For cast I'd recommend Laurence Fishburne, he looks like he has the outline of the Shocker. 4) JACKAL: If Jackal was introduced, please don't make him go into full costume. Dr. Miles Warren would be awesome enough because he would introduce the cloning arc, possibly bringing back Green Goblin. 5) RHINO: Definetely a brute force, though alone he would not be much of a villain. Rhino is the brawn compared to the brains. For casting, I'd reccommend any wrestler.6) MORLUN: Morlun is one of Spider-Man's newest and probably his most powerful villain. He is known for absorbing the life force out of people and his centuries old. Now for the movie, I don't know about the centuries old thing but the life force draining sounds cool. For casting I'd recommend like Jason Isaacs, and make him look sort of like a vampire.7) BLACK CAT: Felicia Hardy is a great character from the comics, and a friend and partner to Spider-Man. Black Cat would be an awesome character to put in, and apparently they were originally going to have Eliza Dushku try for her. Good thinking!8) CHAMELEON: Chameleon would be a great character to be seen, the first actual villain for Spider-Man. He is a master of disguise and actually Kraven's half brother. Personally, if you have Chameleon you should have Kraven to back him up. Only thing is, make him a shapeshifter, not a master of disguise. Changing masks over and over again would take way too long. 9) LIZARD: Lizard is practically BEGGING for you to put him in this one. Doc Connors is waiting for a new arm, so I say the directors give it to him along with a little "something extra", lol. As for casting, keep Dylan Baker around, he looks like a great version of Doc Connors. I think that a lot of Spider-Man villains have the following in common... -Lab accident origin. -Scientist. -Battle for control. Lizard is a fantastic combination of all three and my top canditate for a Spider-Man 4 villain. 10) MAN-WOLF: We all saw that dark look in John Jameson's eyes when Mary Jane left him. He is ready to unleash the beast! In words of Stan Lee, 'Nuff said. 11) VULTURE: Vulture would be awesome for a villain. I like how they were going to introduce him in this movie, and like I said Ben Kingsley looks like he could pull him off both in appearance and acting. 12) KRAVEN THE HUNTER: ODED FEHR, ODED FEHR, ODED FREAKIN' FEHR! Unless he doesn't want the part, there is NO reason why he should not play Kraven. He looks totally awesome and I would love to see him as a mercenary type role. Like I said, have him see both Spider-Man and the Lizard as just like targets to him. Maybe have him think that they're a threat unless he does something. And like I said, if Kraven was in the movie and the Lizard wasn't, then bring in the Chameleon as his partner/brother.As for Carnage, if they make a Venom spin-off they should really save him for that. And in the case of Hobgoblin, the New Goblin thing has pretty much dropped my hopes on the Hobgoblin ever coming to the big screen. [ More Detail ]
