Faith has chatted with Noah before, and she even asked Luke if Noah was his boyfriend when Noah first visited0:16 - Faith: "Noah should be next to Luke" Faith has always been a romantic and very supportive of Nuke and gay rights. After Nuke was attacked visiting Win, Faith asked why that happened just because they were gay. Unfortunately, being romantic also leads to heartbreak. She had/has a big unrequited crush on cosin Parker (they're not related by blood) but he prefee thin girls. It may have contributed to her bulimia.0:36 - Holden: "sure does" Holden is incredibly tense for many reasons. In addition to the Nuke situation and his own problems with Lily, Holden is taking the kids to camp with Carly. Being honest about his feelings is one of Noah's biggest problems. It's a result of growing up in a male-only military atmosphere when men are discourged from being emotional4:35 - "going back to normal" Were they ever normal? :)5:06 - Noah: "owned by your grandmother" Noah wants to cut all ties with Luke for the moment. Besides the dorm, Noah has always lived at a place owned by one of Luke's grandmothers. 6-11a - Part 1/2Luke has a new hairstyle. A bit neater than his usual scruffy bangs, but less combed than that one-day style that most viewers hated.So, do you like Luke's new hair or do you prefer the shaggy look he usually has?0:28 - "I guess you haven't heard anything from Noah" Luke and Holden have pretty good conversations about relationships. For example, it was Luke who encouraged Holden to data Bonnie after Lily left to be with Dusty. Holden was more accepting of Luke's homosexuality thn Lily in the beginning. They may be so close because Holden is actually Luke's stepfather, so they're more like friends0:31 - "serious about taking this break" A break may be the best thing because Noah is grieving over the apparent death of his father -- Noah's last living relative. Justified or not, e blames Luke for causing the suicide. A break will not only allow Noah to grieve, but it will protect Luke from the outbursts of anger that Noah will inevitably have. Unfortunately, Noah has to grieve alone because Ameera is in NYC, and the Snyders justifiably hate Win0:48 - "time can fixed" This is an issue between Lily and Holden. He wants to takes things sow to rebuild trust (Lily lied to him a lot). She wants to get back together quickly, including sex. Unfortunately, she lied to do it, which was the worst thing to do0:57 - Oh Luke's swing was soooo gay!!! :) I'm mostly kidding. Van grew up in a cabin (with no TV!) so he probably did this a lot as a kid1:08 - "Noah, I didn't see you there" Uh-oh, Lily is scheming and lying again1:22 - "really sorry about your father" Lily has always been very supportive of Noah, even after Win caused Luke's paralysis. While Holden blamed Noah, she provided emotional support and saw how iimportant it was to have Noah in Luke's life1:51 - "come back to the farm" Lily's heart is in the right place but this is soooo wrong! She should have consulted Luke first, or a the very least, called to warn him2:32 - "Hey Noah, how's it going" Holden is so [protective of Luke that he finds it hard to be hospitable to Noah. The kid's [murderous] father just died, so Holden should have offered some condolences2:36 - "needed a home-cooked meal" Poor Noah's eyes are downcast. Cute2:38 - "he said yes" No Lily, you're the only one to say Yes. Watch Noah's eyebrows go up, and then a second later, Luke's eyebrows go up too2:27 - "help me in the kitchen" Watch the look Holden gives poor Noah as he takes the groceries3:20 - Holden: "it's a mistake" All of Carly and Lily's schemes done in the name of love have been failures. Last month, Lily did the same thing to unite Jack and Carly -- despite Holden's warning. She never learns3:23 - "those boys just needs some time together" Probably not. Noah probably needs some time apart to grieve, to express his anger -- and to realize how much e misses Luke3:47 - "he could've said no, he didn't" Lily is living in her own little fantsy world....3:56 - Holden: "not push these things" When Holden talks about Nuke's relationship, he's often referring to his own troubles with Lily4:00 - oh my, the boys are doing physical activitioes to impress each other. This reminds me of the 1950's carnival game where guys impress their women by trying to hammer a weight as high as possible. Luke has a cute smile after clapping at 4:014:05 - "how much I love doing farm chores" For those who came in late, Noah had lived on the farm since December 2007, until he moved out with Ameera. At that time he and Luke did a lot of chores together. Grandma Emma allowing Noah to stay meant a lot because she's very old fashion and religious. Unlike Lucinda, she struggled with accepting Luke's homosexuality6:14 - "concentrate on school, Luke" This is one of the few conversations Luke and Lily has had on relationships.
