am Collora is known throughout the bowhunting industry as the former holder of the largest gross scoring typical whitetail record in North America, as well as the owner of Mrs. Doe Pee's Buck Lure. Sam's dedication and expertise has lead him to not one, but two 200+ inch whitetail as well as numerous record class whitetails in both the typical and non-typical categories. This property is one of several that Sam has held closely as one of his top picks for real trophy producers and as a professional hunter myself, I'd have to agree. It doesn't take a world class bowhunter though to tell you that any property in Iowa could produce a world class deer at any time, but this property goes one step farther with the promise of producing high numbers of deer...a scenario that has been flat out hard to find in my experience. Several transition areas and funnels exist on the property and the layout makes it ideal for year round hunting opportunities at several types of game species. It's one of the few properties I haveseen recently that has large numbers of stand sites I would hunt for several different wind directions. The biggest plus I see in this property is for the hunter who usually hunts together with others. 3 to 4 hunters could easily hunt the property and never see the same deer. A seasonal creek runs through the property and there are two waterholes that hold water year round. Several food plot locations and standing corn make this property one you should consider for your next trophy parcel. The property cuts through a large tract of timber and has approx. 60 acres of tillable ground that is currently cash rented at $2500/year. This amount could be renegotiated each year. Or, better yet, left for food plots! Approx. 160 acres total comprise this tract that could be sold and divided into two 80 acre parcels with two separate owners if desired. [ More Detail ]

The introduction to a DVD presentation on Lee County Schools, Alabama. This project is a perfect example of a collaborative effort between Myself, my crew and superintendent John Painter and his PR representative Cindy Irvin. As a filmmaker, I cannot recall a more professional and creative combination. I had first visited the Lee County Schools years before I worked on this particular project when I developed a DVD on INTERNET2. I showcased in that video Auburn University's role in bringing Internet2 to the county schools system. It was during that production that not only myself, but the entire crew were impressed with the atmosphere in the school system. It was just a most positive feeling we received from the students, the teaches, and adminstrators. At one point, we were approached by one of the janitors off the cuff, and his views about the schools system and the young people he noticed everyday impressed him and he wanted us to know. We filmed the school system segments for the major DVD presentation over a period of an entire school year in order to really get a feel for it's heartbeat. All of the crew look forward anytime I had a shoot to take us into the school campuses. What a unqiue combination of talent, professionalism, and desire to give the production the time I felt we needed. Toward the end when I requested a couple of more months of time for the final editing, my request was honored with no frustration on the part of the Mr. Painter nor Mrs. Irvin. I am only transferring the first ten minutes here...The total length is abit over 20 minutes. [ More Detail ]

I'd like to dedicate this video to the Tupelo Lee County Jail System to which I had the dis-pleasure to visit on a few occasions in 2003 and 2004. I hope they purchased a few pillows and blankets by now as I had to sleep on a bed with no pillow and/or blanket for 2 days. God bless! :O) [ More Detail ]
