Okay. So I was planning on making a Princess Mononoke video so as to assure everyone that I'm going to make PM videos just for PM, not only for Animated mixes, or whatever kind of mixes. Then neravaira set up an "Epic Instrumental" contest, and because PM was an option, I thought I'd do an instrumental for my first vid so I could enter into the contest. I picked "A Wondrous Place" from Tarzan, always finding that to be my favourite score in the movie. When I was finished, however, I found it disappointing and was concerned that most would find it boring.Turns out lots like it... and the master AMV-maker neravaira gave me a mention O_OSo I just want to say, thank you everyone for helping me appreciate my first Princess Mononoke video. I shall make more at a later time.Disclaimer: PM owned by Studio Ghibli/Hayao Miyazaki, score owned by Mark Mancina for Disney's Tarzan. [ More Detail ]

Pullen.Clips are in the credits and all material is (c) their original owners. I own nothing!! [ More Detail ]
[ More Detail ]
This is a compilation of music videos from a 36 minutes long tribute I made about the fantasy genre in the cinema of the 80's decade, specially about the movies I grew up with (I wanna make that clear, I didn't want to include every fantasy movie that was made in the 80's, only my own selection, the ones I saw when I was a little girl, the ones I love). The original video had lots of dialogues but they were all in Spanish, so I've decided to skip them and upload only the videos with music.I made this 6 years ago, I didn't have the technology to work with the dvds so I used my old videotapes and the quality is pretty awful. I want to remake the whole video now that I can do it with the dvds (and I'll include more clips from "Legend", "The adventures of Baron Munchausen" and "Conan the Barbarian", which I couldn't include 6 years ago cause the videotapes were sort of fucked).Sorry about the rough cuts, I recut the original video with a very basic tool.MOVIES USED:- "The Lord of the Rings" (1978) by Ralph Bakshi- "Dragonslayer" (1981) by Matthew Robbins- "Excalibur" (1981) by John Boorman- "The Dark Crystal" (1982) by Jim Henson- "Flight of Dragons" (1982) by Jules Bass- "Krull" (1983) by Peter Yates- "The Ewok Adventure" (1984) by John Korty- "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind" (1984) by H. Miyazaki- "The Neverending Story" (1984) by Wolfgang Petersen- "Return to Oz" (1985) by Walter Murch- "LadyHawke" (1985) by Richard Donner- "Legend" (1985) by Ridley Scott- "Labyrinth" (1986) by Jim Henson- "The Princess Bride" (1987) by Rob Reiner- "Willow" (1988) by Ron HowardMUSIC USED:· "LadyHawke's Main Title" by Andrew Powell and Alan Parsons.· "Age of magic" and "The walls are whispering" from "Merlin", "The Landstrider Journey" from "Dark Crystal" and "The Lady of the Lake" from "Excalibur", by my beloved Trevor Jones.· "The Dragon Boy" from "Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi" by Joe Hisaishi.· "Willow's theme" by James Horner.· "Guide my sword" and "Once upon a time... Storybook love" from "The Princess Bride" by Mark Knopfler. If you liked this one, check the last part of the video called "80's Fantasy Movies: Underground". [ More Detail ]
